Charity is
very important and it is becoming more and more popular these days. Many people
make up new ways to help poor people or people in need.
One of the
newest ideas is to organize ‘Marathons of fitness’ for lots of people. If you want to join usually a three-hour event
you pay some money for a charity purpose and you are in! You can dance Zumba,
do aerobics or strength and weight loose
exercises. It’s surprising that men also want to take part in events like this
willingly! Apart from exercising together, there are also lots of lotteries,
games for children and other attractions. It’s a very good idea for helping and
spending time together with your family and people with the same interests.
Taking care
of your body is very trendy nowadays. Many celebrities are supporting fit life
style by taking photos of their healthy meals, being on diets or taking up
sports. Social media are full of photos and tips for healthy life. For example,
Anna Lewandowska, the wife of the most
recognisable footballer in Poland is a personal coach. She has made two
CD-s with different workouts, written a
book with recipes and she is very active on social media, especially on Instagram
where she is followed by over 700 thousand people. She encourages people
to take up sports and she organises
fitness events where there are thousands fitness freaks!
All in all,
joining “Marathons of fitness” or other
similar events is an easy way to help other people. It’s a pleasure for two
reasons. At the same time you can do something for your body and, what’s more
important, do something really useful for people who are in a worse position
than yours.
